Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from delivery date. Shipping and handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. All returned merchandise must be in the original undamaged packaging. We DO NOT accept any returned product that is incomplete or in less than brand new condition. For all products returned in accordance to this policy we apply a 15% restocking fee (minimum $5).
NOTE: Returns or exchanges for FREE-SHIPPING items have a $12 flat-rate restocking fee.
